St. Nicholas offers many opportunities for adults to explore and deepen in their Faith. We host a Tuesday Evening Study Group,Wednesday Evening Lectio Divina Prayer and a Thursday Morning Study Group plus many more opportunities to learn throughout the year. Catholic Women’s League (CWL):

Elizabeth Ministry (St. Nicholas Chapter):
Elizabeth Ministry is an international movement focused on the dignity of human life and on strengthening relationships in order to build up the family and create vibrant communities. Memorial Mass @ St. Nicholas Parish on November 5th at 9am
The Family Ministry helps to provide opportunities for parishioners to build and strengthen their relationship with God, with their families and with the parish community through special events such as the parish picnic and feast day celebration. . Knights of Columbus:

Legion of Mary:
The object of the Legion of Mary (http://www.legionofmarybc.ca) is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation in Mary’s and the Church’s work. Liturgy of the Word for Children (LWC):
LWC is offered at the 10:30 Mass for children between 3 and 7 years old during the school year. Our young parishioners are invited to Classroom 1 to celebrate God's Word at their age level. We read the gospel, pray, sing, have discussions and provide a craft or skit that helps the children understand or relate to the message in the gospel. A prayer chain is a group of parishioners who are formed into teams. There is a leader who receives the request for prayer and then passes it on to their team. Parish Religious Education Program (PREP):
The PREP program provides weekly religious instruction for children who attend public or non-Catholic independent schools in Grades 1 to 7. Respect for Life:
The St. Nicholas Respect for Life group helps to promote the sanctity of human life from conception to its natural end.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA):
